She has 30 years experience in the technology industry, and was the Global President of Women in IT at eBay overseeing 1500 members in 17 countries. Her work in creating Tech-Moms, lead to being recognized as Non-Profit of the Year in 2022. RizeNext Leadership was recognized by Women in IT, New York as "Diversity Program of the Year" in 2020. She was the Impact Award recipient for Women Technology Council in 2015 and her life has been dedicated to helping women rise in their technology and leadership career development.
